Salon Policies
- Late policy: there is a 15-minute grace period. If for any reason you are late after 15 minutes with no contact the appointment will be canceled, and you must reschedule and forfeit your deposit.
- Deposits: A deposit of 20% of your service is required to make an appointment. This amount will be deducted from the balance of your service. No deposit no appointment. All deposits are nonrefundable.
- Rescheduling: One reschedule is permitted per deposit. If you need to reschedule more than once a new deposit is required.
- No children unless being serviced.
- No extra guest.
- Hours of operation: Tuesday through Friday 9:00 to 6:00
- Saturday 7:00 to 12:00
- Appointments made after removing braids require the braids be completely removed and hair detangled. If additional detangling is required a charge if $15 will apply.
- Payment is due at the end of service (no exceptions).
- If clients bring products to be used during service all prices are still the same.
- Any children receiving service must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the appointment.
